Complete Focus on AI this year

The past year has seen AI mature into a powerful and valuable technology area for enterprises and individuals. Since November 2022 when Open AI launched GPT-3 we have seen the usage of AI for research, content, and learning, grow exponentially. We have had strong responses from Anthropic/Claude, Gemini, and Grok, giving us 4 powerful tools to work with. There have been significant developments in image, audio, and video generation, in ways similar to text generation, resulting in the redefinition of content production across almost all genres.

2025 also saw the rise and evolution of Agentic AI as a technology innovation that will lead us to automation and self-operating processes. Agents will become assistant and employees, very similar to human roles. They will take instructions, build their understanding of needs and processes, schedule and work on their own, take decision, and report pro-actively, while listening to feedback, and learning for improvement.

Digital Horizons took large strides in the past year in our own development of AI technologies and products. We expanded our content studio product Hai into a complete Knowledge Management platform for individuals and enterprises. Our AI Reps product for sales assistance and customer support has become a strong contender for fully autonomous assistants who can respond and act on customer requests and further engagement, sales, and satisfaction. In time these agents will become very human-like and will be likely preferred by customers as they will be prompt, consistent, and quick in fulfilling information and support requests. 4A, which we proposed in November 2024, is now becoming a robust platform for process automation. We see our 4A framework and platform as a strong contender to agentic, providing consistent and reliable automation with adequate controls and audits. The Fully Autonomous Enterprises (FAE) vision that we outlined last January is now taking shape as likely one of the world's first fully autonomous online retail ecommerce businesses. The new approach that we have taken to language models is showing promise. We expect to unveil significant advances soon, leading us to high quality, consistent, and cost-effective language solutions for a wide range of applications.

As we enter the new year, we are very positive, energetic, hopeful, and confident, that this year we will bring about significant releases into the global market that will position Digital Horizons well as a preferred solution provider to enterprises who are looking at ways to become more efficient, agile, and competitive.
